All orders placed through KM Looms are processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with your shipment details.
Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is:
- Major Cities: 3–5 Working Days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 5–7 Working Days
Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

If your location is outside our delivery network, our customer support team will contact you with available options.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and order value. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed.
From time to time, KM Looms may offer Free Delivery on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel after multiple attempts due to an unavailable recipient or incorrect address, the order may be returned to KM Looms.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
