Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- The fabric has a manufacturing defect.
- You receive an incorrect color or design different from your order.
- The item is unused, unstitched, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Fabric that has been cut, stitched, altered, or washed.
- Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale (unless damaged or incorrect).
- Returns requested after the allowed return period.
Exchange Policy
If your return request is approved, we will gladly exchange your product for:
- The same product (if available)
- Another product of equal value
- A different product after adjusting any price difference
Replacement orders will be processed as quickly as possible.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in the following situations:
- The ordered product is out of stock after payment.
- A replacement product cannot be provided.
- Your return request meets our return policy requirements.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or bank transfer within 7–10 working days after inspection and approval.
Return Process
Returning a product is simple:
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the product.
- Our team will review your request.
- If approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Once the returned product is inspected, we will process your exchange or refund.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by KM Looms.
- If you are returning a product due to personal preference, return shipping charges may apply.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), KM Looms will cover the return shipping cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may request a return according to this policy.
